Return
Policy
Contact Para-Gear prior to
returning any item.
Our guarantee covers any defect
in material or workmanship occurring under normal use within 30 days of purchase.
If we must return equipment to the manufacturer for repair, and there is a charge,
customers will be billed at cost for the charge. Send a detailed note describing the
problem on any item sent to us for repair, your daytime phone number, E-mail address, and
date the item was purchased (If possible include a copy of the invoice).
Unused equipment returns are
accepted up to 30 days after delivery. However, no equipment may be returned to Para-Gear
without first contacting us. If Para-Gear allows the return of any goods, it
should be understood there will be a minimum restocking charge of 20%. Any line, fabric,
or webbing that has been cut into length is subject to a restocking fee of 30%.
A note with full explanation
must accompany any returned item.
Computer programs cannot be returned.
Video tapes cannot be returned if seal is broken.
Smoke signals cannot be returned.
Please include funds for postage on exchanged items.
Custom made equipment cannot be
returned.
After 30 days, we strongly
suggest that any defective merchandise be returned directly to the manufacturer stating
the date of purchase and source of supply. By doing so, time and expense will be saved.
Items ordered together are not
necessarily shipped or delivered on the same day. Wait a few days before contacting us if
you are "missing a package."
Check packing material. When a
small item has been ordered and cannot be located in the carton, we suggest that you very
carefully check the packing material. Small items do have a tendency to be
"lost" in the packaging material.
Claim Information:
All merchandise is triple checked. Any discrepancy must be reported within 10 days of
receipt of shipment. You cannot collect for breakage, damage, or shortages unless you keep
the shipping carton. No matter what the shipping method, if any package shows signs of
external damage, please do not accept it. Refuse it and insist that the carrier tell you
what procedure should be followed. NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY! If there is concealed damage -
notify us! We will tell you what procedure to follow.
